- Septic, water and 50/30/20 amp connections at all sites
- A minimum of 20' between pads for private lawns
- Most have additional space behind the RV for personal use (some appropriate for optional personal gardens - just ask!)
- Extra parking available for vehicles and/or boats
- 10' Burn Rings / Social Areas
- 10 plus acres with trails for enjoying the wildlife or seeking out some quiet places
